Celebrity Divorces of 2015

Sometimes it seems like our heroes in Hollywood live a dream-like life, but with all the pairings that come along in the land of the silver-screen, not all of them last. 2015 has been a particularly tumultuous year, with news of splits coming with regularity into the news.

26 years of marriage came to an end this year, with Reba McEntire and Narval Blackstock parting ways. They were known for being both an amazing couple and solid business partners, and the world was left agape as they announced their coming divorce.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green join this years list of Hollywood couples that didn't make it. In a rarity in Hollywood, the two didn't have a prenup and their resources will be divided evenly in the divorce.

Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton have been together for a number of years, and it seems the divorce was particularly painful for both of them. After an announcement about their mutual unhappiness, there have been plenty of tears and alcohol on the road to recovery.

This one is a classic example of the flame of love firing up and burning out with Hollywood speed. They began dating in 2013, got married earlier this year, and already have found their way to the divorce papers. Sometimes they last, but not everyone can be a Reba and Narvel.

Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams have been married for 6 years, but the pressures of fame and life finally got the better of them. Unfortunately Ryan Adams wasn't the most mature in handling the divorce, shocking Mandy.

Things have been tumultuous for this couple with infidelity and strife marking their relationship. The final straw was Scott getting snuggled up with 10 year younger Chloe Bartoli. Things got even worse after the divorce with Kourtney becoming a complete train wreck, and throwing all of Scott's things out of the mansion.

If they were competing for shortest Hollywood marriage ever, they missed the mark. But 21 months is still an insanely short period of matrimonial bliss to have before everything goes to pieces. They've been incredibly private about the aftermath, but it seems they're trying to handle it peacably.

This one has a truly romantic beginning, but unfortunately didn't stand the test of time. Both of them had been working since they were young, and decided that getting married was what they both wanted. While they report much of their relationship was happy, they ended amicably and with mutual agreement.

Gwen's history seems built on the back of rocky relationships and pain from love loss, as far back as Tragic Kingdom. After 13 years of marriage it seemed that all the tumult was at an end, but they made an announcement that their relationship was coming to an end in August of this year.

Starring on American Horror Story: Freak Show, Emma Roberts and Evan Peters are an example of a marriage that literally ended before it started. This year they called off their engagement after three years together, having said the relationship had simply run out of steam. Well, it's not a divorce, but we'll let it in on a technicality.
