Celebs frequently spend exorbitant sums of money on vehicles, mansions, and clothing, but those costs pale in contrast to the sums spent on maintaining their youthful appearances. Hundreds of thousands of dollars are distributed to personal trainers, nutritionists, and cosmetic products to help maintain a celebrity's pristine image. Many are also willing to go under the knife – and spend top dollar – to beat the clock.
Few celebrities acknowledge that they’ve had plastic surgery, but it is all too obvious eventually. Some stars publicly admit to the work they’ve had done (thank you, Cher), while others conceal it (we’re looking at you, Kardashians). Thankfully, experts in the field of cosmetic surgery have filled us in on the most costly celebrity transformations. Let’s take a look!
Kris Jenner – $71,000
Kris Jenner spent more than $70,000 on plastic surgery prior to surprising everybody by admitting it on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Unlike some of her offspring, Jenner hasn't been hesitant about exposing her plastic surgery experiences with the world, even taping a facelift procedure.
Kris's sister, Karen, revealed to In Touch Weekly's Gossip Table that the Kardashian matriarch has had more work done than she's revealed publicly, including nose jobs, breast augmentation, laser surgery, face fillers, and more. Karen says her sister has really spent more than $1 million on cosmetic procedures.
Caitlyn Jenner – $60,000
Caitlyn Jenner underwent gender reassignment surgery after years of struggling with her gender identification. Caitlyn also had breast implants and facial surgery to create a more feminine appearance, which cost the former sports star upwards of $5 million.
Jenner also gets "tune-ups" on a regular basis, according to an insider, who adds, "Her last bill was about $60,000, and that's just for filler, botox, and laser work. Caitlyn only goes to the top surgeons, which doesn't come cheap."
Tom Jones – $90,000
We have no doubt that Tom Jones is still the idol of middle-aged women everywhere. He does take good care of his health, but he is able to stay attractive due to the extensive list of treatments he’s had done on him.
Tom Jones revealed that he had so many operations on his attractive mug that his own doctor recommended that he stop and opt for a more natural appearance. He has had numerous surgeries, including facelifts, dental procedures, and eyelid and nose alterations.
Michael Jackson – $1,000,000
The "King of Pop" had one of the most controversial celebrity plastic surgery transformations. He began going under the knife at a young age and never stopped. Tattooed brows, permanent lip color, filler injections, and eye surgery to broaden his eyes are among the operations he took on.
There were rumors that he also bleached his skin white. Jackson claimed it was the result of a medical condition called vitiligo. However, there’s no doubt that he underwent more than one rhinoplasty and other operations. Michael Jackson, who died in 2009, admitted to undergoing two rhinoplasties to help him breathe easier and "reach higher notes."
David Gest – $20,000
David Gest blamed Michael for his own preoccupation with plastic surgery. This makeover should come as no surprise given that this American producer and media personality was a close friend of Michael Jackson, who was a big fan of plastic surgery.
Gest had cheekbone implants, a nose job, bigger cheek implants, a second nose job, and cheek implant removal, and he ended up calling himself a chipmunk. He regrets going to such lengths as it cost him far more than he could afford.
Joan Rivers – $99,000
Joan Rivers is regarded as one of the greatest comedic performers of all time. Aside from her comedic abilities, she was also well-known for her plastic surgery obsession, which started while she was still in college. Rivers has been very open about her numerous cosmetic procedures.
The comedian underwent an astounding 739 procedures during her lifetime. This high number of surgeries may be a record, even among celebrities. She had her nose thinned, an eye lift, stomach tucks, and a whole host of other surgical adventures.
Tori Spelling – $13,000
Tori Spelling is well-known for her work in television shows such as Beverly Hills 90210, as well as films like the smash hit Scary Movie. She has admitted to having a nose job in her childhood, but she has been rather quiet about the rest of her medical care.
Unlike many celebs, she did not hesitate to acknowledge having some work done. She has some regrets regarding her breast augmentation since it caused complications with breastfeeding her children. The actress wants to raise awareness about the disadvantages of breast augmentation.
Janice Dickinson – $20,000
Janice Dickinson, America's self-proclaimed "first supermodel," has acknowledged having many procedures. Janice is not considered a success story in the field of cosmetic surgery. Even her son, Nathan Fields, urged her not to have any more plastic surgery, but she seems to have no plans to stop anytime soon.
Her extraordinary makeover, which included breast implants, tummy tucks, facelifts, neck lifts, and liposuction, occurred gradually over time. Unfortunately, her name appears frequently on lists of terrifying plastic surgery disasters. Poor Janice!
Mickey Rourke – $36,000
Mickey Rourke has undergone multiple facial plastic procedures to treat injuries sustained during his boxing career, but sources close to the actor suggest there is more to his plastic surgery than his boxing background.
You've probably noticed that the majority of the big spenders on our listing are women, but Mickey Rourke is unquestionably one of those male performers who want to give the ladies a run for their money. He is said to have had six facelifts and a nose job over the course of his career.
Pete Burns – $38,000
Former Dead or Alive singer Pete Burns reportedly endured 300 cosmetic surgeries in his lifetime. His first treatment was rhinoplasty, which was performed to restore a fractured nose.
Later, he had his lips augmented, which went badly wrong when the fillers began spreading across his face, moving to his eyes, cheeks, and even his Adam's apple, necessitating 200 remedial treatments which left the singer bankrupt, according to Metro. Burns stated he had to excrete the filler through his kidneys and liver as well.
Cher – $750,000
Cher has been open about her plastic surgery – which she started in 1985 – after watching herself in the film Mask (1985). She underwent nose surgery, dental surgery, breast augmentation, eyelid modifications, and, later, a series of facelifts. She depended heavily on botox treatments to maintain her flawlessly good skin.
The "If I Could Turn Back Time" singer, who is estimated to have spent $750,000 on surgery during her life, doesn't care what people think about her beauty or her decisions.
Iggy Azalea – $20,000
When pop diva Iggy Azalea presented her new breasts and nose in May 2014 at the Billboard Music Awards, she looked significantly different, and her cosmetic surgeon was anxious to reveal the details of what he did to make her look that way.
Everyone is aware of the Australian rapper's feud with Nicki Minaj. Apparently, Iggy thought it would help if she augmented her blonde bombshell looks with breast enhancement and a BBL. It looks like she also had her nose and eyelids tinkered with.
Dolly Parton – $23,000
Dolly Parton has no reservations about discussing her plastic surgery experiences. She appears to age like excellent wine, yet she is not hesitant to use technology to improve her appearance.
Dolly is in her seventies and still going strong. Some people claim that all of the surgeries she's had over the years, such as a nose job, lip lift, cosmetic fillers, brow lift, eyelid lift, and neck lift, have made her look dreadful, but we disagree. She is still a stunning woman who carries herself nicely.
Megan Fox – $8,000
Fox is well-known in the entertainment industry for her stunning appearance and shape. According to a report, Megan said that the Transformers franchise hired her just for her attractiveness. She was fired from the franchise after making this divisive statement.
Megan reportedly spent a fortune on her two nose operations, lip fillers, breast improvements, cheek implants, and botox to achieve more defined features. It is remarkable, though, that she was already one of the world's hottest women before deciding to make the adjustments.
Nicki Minaj – $11,500
She is the alpha, omega, and everything in between. Nicki Minaj, regarded as the "Queen of Rap," has long been accused of having plastic surgery on her hips. According to some stories, she also spent thousands of dollars transferring fat to her breast and other body areas.
Nicki Minaj is a major star who serves as an inspiration to many young black women. It is worth noting, however, that her characteristic style is not natural. Buttock injections, skin bleaching, and a nose job are among the operations she’s undergone.
Demi Moore – $500,000
Demi Moore, an 80s diva, continues to defy aging with her beauty standards. She is 59 years old yet appears to be no older than 40. Demi is a natural beauty, but she, too, had to go under the knife to avoid the inevitable effects of years spent on planet Earth.
Facelifts, liposuction, breast implants, and at least one nose operation have all been admitted by her. We must admit that it all appears to work because she does not look at all like a woman in her fifties. Of course, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with looking like you’re in your fifties when you are!
Lil’ Kim – $19,625
Lil Kim won hearts all around the world with her talents and attractiveness, but she was never pleased with herself. This has to be one of the most surprising makeovers on our list. Lil' Kim did it all while on hiatus from her music career.
Liposuction, rhinoplasty, lip implants, and breast augmentation have all been performed on her. She has also lightened her skin tone slightly. Though she conducted this remarkable transition for herself, the public was divided in their opinions.
Jocelyn Wildenstein – $6.500,000
Jocelyn Wildenstein is a well-known American socialite who has undergone a considerable number of cosmetic surgeries. This obsession has resulted in her cat-like appearance. She is well known for her high-profile divorce from wealthy art dealer Alec Wildenstein, which resulted in a $2.5 billion settlement.
The Mirror claims she’s spent over $6.5 million on plastic surgery, and though 2022 marks her 82nd year of life, she has no plans to stop. She declared bankruptcy in 2018 as a result of her lavish lifestyle and constant facial alterations.
NeNe Leakes – $20,500
The Real Housewives of Atlanta is widely considered to be one of the most entertaining reality television shows of all time. NeNe Leakes, by her third season in the show, revealed that she had dabbled with plastic surgery, including a nose job, a breast lift, tummy tuck, liposuction, and two breast augmentations.
Her first nose operation, however, was not satisfactory, so she had another one done in 2016, which was anticipated to cost between $9,000 and $12,000.
Kim Kardashian – $16,500
Not all celebrities go overboard with plastic surgery. With Kim Kardashian, for example, surgery is barely apparent and blends in with her features. Kim has developed a figure that most Instagrammers would kill for. What isn't highlighted enough is how much money it costs to provide these seemingly faultless features.
Kim spent a lot of money on nose procedures, laser hairline treatments, liposuction, and breast and buttock implants. Despite all of her body changes, her romance with billionaire Kanye West slipped through the cracks.
Vivica Fox – $26,085
This stunning actress rose to prominence after appearing in Days of Our Lives, one of the world's longest-running soap operas. Over the years, Vivica Fox has spent more than $26,000 on cosmetic operations.
The actress, who was once linked to rapper 50 Cent, has spent a fortune on lip filler and botox injections, breast and jaw implants, and a facelift. Perhaps Fox has been attempting to appear younger in order to remain in demand in Hollywood. Who can say for sure?
Sharon Osbourne – $200,000
Most Hollywood ladies are hesitant to acknowledge they've had any plastic surgery, but not Sharon Osbourne. The abrasive talk show personality and mother of colorful commentator and clothing designer Kelly Osbourne has no qualms about discussing the "work" she's had done.
Sharon Osbourne reportedly spent over $200,000 on plastic surgery. Osbourne declared in 2013 that she would not have any additional procedures. However, if the appropriate part or chance comes along, she may be persuaded to go under the knife once more.
Heidi Montag – $1,000,000
Heidi Montag was well-known for her appearances on MTV reality shows. Her rocky relationship with her husband, Spencer Pratt, drew her plenty of attention. Heidi and Spencer attempted to sustain their popularity once their time on MTV ended, but the roles just didn’t come to them. That's when Heidi decided to have a whole-body plastic surgery makeover.
Montag underwent a nose job, breast augmentation, brow lift, and chin shaving. Montag admits to having roughly ten operations done at once in 2010.
Donatella Versace – $25,000
The Italian designer, like many others, desired to look her best all of the time, but her cosmetic surgeries did not produce the desired effects. Donatella Versace is a fashion legend, so her multimillionaire status is not surprising. It's no wonder she spent $25,000 on botox, laser therapy, and fillers alone.
Her facelift did not proceed as intended, and even the injections removed all movement from most of her face. She is frequently referred to as the human waxwork, to which she responded, "I am not a fan of the natural look."
Kylie Jenner – $2,000,000
While she has just admitted to using lip fillers, it's tough not to recognize that Kylie Jenner has transformed into a whole different person. To suggest the once awkward adolescent "glowed up" would be an understatement. OK! reported that the total cost of Kylie Jenner's operations is almost $2 million.
Kylie apparently did something “right,” aside from artfully applying her cosmetics, because she has larger breasts, an angular nose, defined cheekbones, and a booty to rival that of her sister, Kim Kardashian.
Jennifer Aniston – $30,500
Rachel Green from the American sitcom Friends still looks younger than her actual age, and we adore her. She hasn't admitted to having surgery, but experts believe she's had a facelift and at least two nose jobs in the last two decades. She has, however, acknowledged treatments like the well-known laser and ultrasonic 'no-scalpel' facials, which she gets at least once a month.
Many people believe that she still appears younger due to her comprehensive skincare and beauty regimen. Her brows alone are said to cost around $900 every year.
Denise Richards – $13,000
This American actress, author, philanthropist, television personality, and former fashion model may be familiar to you from the current reality TV show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Her television credits include The Bold and the Beautiful, Blue Mountain Slate, and Twisted.
She was only 19 years old when she decided to have breast augmentation surgery. Her breasts, however, were too enormous for her frame, so she had to repeat the process twice before she obtained the desired results.
Barry Manilow – $70,000
Fans have long speculated about how many cosmetic procedures Barry Manilow has undergone. Although several of Barry Manilow's procedures were performed as a result of his 2003 accident in which he walked into a wall and required dental work and facial reconfiguration, he also underwent surgery for other reasons.
Most fans are surprised that Barry Manilow is already in his seventies because he simply does not look his age. Many plastic surgeons confirmed that he had a facelift, eyelid lift, botox injection, and nose job. He also underwent plastic surgery to have tumors and cysts removed.
Pamela Anderson – $10,500
The Canadian-American model and actress is well-known for her appearances in Playboy magazine and TV shows such as V.I.P. and Baywatch. She found it difficult to remain in the public eye as she grew older. Pamela Anderson has rarely discussed cosmetic treatments or whether she has had any procedures.
Plastic surgeons tend to agree that she has had multiple cosmetic surgery procedures and lip augmentation. She certainly succeeded because it’s hard not to notice her augmented assets. Anderson denies rumors of plastic surgery addiction, claiming she turned down offers of muscle-freezing injections from doctors.
Diana Agron – $15,000
Diana is undoubtedly a role model for many teenagers. This is primarily due to her portrayal of Quinn Fabray on the blockbuster TV show Glee. Agron has also been open about the fact that she underwent nose surgery.
The Glee star revealed in an interview that she had a rhinoplasty procedure to repair the damage caused by breaking her nose twice – once during a freshman year event at high school and again at a gathering with friends while on tour with Glee.
Blake Lively – $7,300
There is nothing intrinsically wrong with plastic surgery. Sometimes, the correct operation can make someone feel more gorgeous or eliminate a source of insecurities. Fortunately, it appears that Blake Lively's change was very minimal and well regulated. As a consequence, she looks fantastic!
The gorgeous Blake wasn't content with her face and had surgery to remove freckles on her face as well as enhance her facial characteristics with an eyelid touch-up and rhinoplasty. We love both her before and after looks!
Nicole Kidman – $1,400
Nicole Kidman has had an amazing Hollywood career and continues to create headlines. She's played a wide range of parts in the last decade, and she's never been caught in stereotypes that women her age are often handed in Hollywood.
Kidman has not admitted to having any work done, but she has admitted to having a significant number of botox injections. She didn't like the outcome either. There have been claims that she has had face fillers and rhinoplasty, but Kidman has neither confirmed nor denied these rumors.
La Toya Jackson – $21,500
Plastic surgery runs in the Jackson family, but that doesn't make it any less disturbing. La Toya Jackson, like her famous brother, enjoys plastic surgery. The 66-year-old has refused to age normally and has had so much work done that she is unrecognizable.
According to reports, she has had at least one rhinoplasty, a brow lift, and breast augmentation. Jackson seems to be following in her younger brother's footsteps, with her tightly squeezed nose, flawless skin, and uneven cheekbones creating an otherworldly appearance.
Kourtney Kardashian – $25,000
The eldest Kardashian is well-known for her youthful appearance and muscular form. Kourtney Kardashian decided to have breast enlargement while in college, and she was dissatisfied with the results. She expressed regret about the treatment in a 2011 interview with Showbiz Sky.

Victoria Beckham – $12,956
Victoria Beckham's style and look have evolved since her rise to popularity as a young pop singer in a tiny black dress. She appears to have an ambivalent connection with plastic surgery, having had several procedures performed on her body and then subsequently removed.
She has freely admitted to having breast implants and regretting the decision. She is very open about it and claims she did it out of insecurity. "Don't meddle with your boobs; just enjoy what you have," she said.
Nadya Suleman – $12,180
Octomom is a 47-year-old single mother who had IVF octuplets while on welfare. Some people were harshly critical of her actions, believing she was motivated by the chance for fame and fortune. Natalie Suleman is Nadya's new name. Suleman's new style includes honesty, so after years of rejecting allegations that she had cosmetic surgery while on welfare, she came clean.
She has undergone procedures such as lip injections, nose jobs, and vaginal rejuvenation. Some claim she went under the knife multiple times in order to look like Angelina Jolie. However, Suleman hasn’t owned up to this.
Kelly Rowland – $22,000
Kelly, a member of the famous Destiny's Child Group, has had her fair share of problems. She previously informed the media that when she was 18, she was determined to get her breasts enhanced.
Rowland also reshaped her nose to give it a more “European” appearance and shape. You can tell that her surgeon clipped a little more meat from the left side of her nose by closely examining her before and after photos.
Amanda Bynes – $18,000
Amanda Bynes made her Hollywood breakthrough as a child and has had some ups and downs during her time in the spotlight. Bynes has now undergone such an astonishing surgical makeover that we fear she may be overdoing it.

Holly Madison – $32,000

Kathy Griffin – $30,000
The Emmy-winning Bravo TV star has publicly discussed her body image and her years-long battle to be comfortable in her own flesh. Liposuction, brow lift, rhinoplasty, dental veneers, chemical peel, and BOTOX are among the surgeries she has had.
Griffin is open about the liposuction procedure she had in 1999. Griffin suffered major health problems after removing fat from her thighs, stomach, and the inside of her knees. Griffin received rhinoplasty surgery at the age of 26 in order to advance her career.
