George Clooney was known to be Hollywood’s hottest and seemingly eternal bachelor. He went through model after model seemingly never being able to settle down. But then he met Amal Alamuddin, the high powered human rights lawyer who is just as much beauty as she is brains.

Clooney and Amal wed in September 2014 and have been one of the strongest celeb powerhouse couples since.

Clooney proposed after only months of dating, but that was all he needed to recognize Amal was the one. In June 2017, the couple welcomed twins named Ella and Alexander.

Prior to the birth of their children, Clooney said, "It’s going to be an adventure … We’ve sort of embraced it all … with arms wide open."

Everyone knows Markle for her role in American TV series Suits. The actress has been open about her racial identity and in an essay penned for Elle magazine stated My dad is Caucasian and my mom is African-American. I'm half black and half white."

Even before the couple wed at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, on 19 May 2018, Markle retired from acting to focus her efforts on performing her duties as the Duchess of Sussex.

Jason Momoa & Lisa Bonet

Jason and Lisa not only turned a blind eye to their racial differences but t their age difference too. Lisa Bonet, famous for her role as Denise Huxtable on The Cosby Show, tied the knot with Game of Thrones star, Jason Momoa, in 2007.

Momoa of Hawaiian descent, and Bonet, of African-American and Jewish descent, have two children.

The Game of Thrones actor opened up on how their first meeting went down:

"We met through mutual friends. But when I first met her, she didn’t know I was a stalker, but I was. I was with one of my best friends and when I turned around, and they were going to introduce us, literally like FIREWORKS. She said, ‘Hi I’m Lisa’. Wanda Sykes and Alex Sykes (Niedbalski)

These two were in the front lines fighting for the rights of same-sex marriages and tied the know even before Proposition 8 was passed.
