It was on October 15, 2018, that the exciting news went public, a royal announcement was made at Kensington Palace just before the pair went on a 16-day tour to Australia. They confirmed the Duchess and Prince were expecting an addition to the family!

What is it you ask? it's a practice that includes "special breathing, relaxation, visualization, meditative practice, attention to nutrition and positive body toning" to help a woman give birth.

Why is she touching her belly a lot?
Ever since the pregnancy was announced, many have noticed that Meghan has been touching and cradling her pregnant bump a lot. We are not psychologists of course, but an Australian fertility specialist, Tasha Jennings, has tried to explain this behavior to the Australian news outlet News.com.au:
A feel for it
“I’ve treated hundreds of women a year, and yes, I find touching of the belly is very common and often quite an unconscious move. Noticing Meghan’s physical nature, it wouldn’t surprise me that’s how she expresses herself. When a baby isn’t here yet and we can’t see or look at it, the feeling of touch is the most powerful thing we can do. If it’s not kicking she would want to feel for it,” Ms. Jennings said. “It’s such an exciting moment and such a beautiful connection, and having that ‘touch’ is conveying that connection especially if she is a ‘touch’ person.
Dual Citizen
fans are also debating over which citizenship the baby will take on. An expert weighed in, according to Dr. Devyani Prabhat of the University of Bristol Law School the future royal will be automatically entitled to both citizenships. But in any case, they will need to apply for both citizenships.
Boy or Girl?
Will it be a boy, or will it be a girl is another question in everyone’s mind. The palace, however, has a strict tradition of keeping the baby’s gender mum until the last moment. Hilariously, people are actually making bets with money about the sex of the baby! And yes, it's probably the only royal tradition Meghan is keeping.

Breaking the Royal Code
Meghan has reportedly hired a Doula. A doula is a birthing partner. A woman specialist in going through labor, and helping out with support, tips and much more. Women around the world have spoken highly about having a doula during and before labor.
A doula helps not only the women but also her family, and especially her husband, She can help Prince Harry with his "duties" during Meghan's process. It would be the first time in centuries an "outsider" would be helping out during labor. The doula is reportedly Lauren Mishcon, a mother-of-three, and a professional doula.
Childproofing
The soon-to-be nursery will have childproof windows and a $91,000 eco boiler, for 24/7 hot water. It’s all part of a $5.45 million renovations to their home.
Meghan has hired top designer Vicky Charles. It is believed that Meghan has chosen a monochrome palette of whites and greys. Oh, and don’t forget the electric sockets which will be fitted with safety covers.
Possible names
Let's start with the obvious: the Royal possibilities include Victoria and Philip. The royals traditionally choose from a number of historic names that pay tribute to relatives from their past. Rumors, or actually bets, say that these names are favorite: Victoria, Diana, and Alice for a girl and Albert, Philip, or Arthur for a boy. Will it be one of these? We won't know until later on.
The royal nursery
Mommy to be, Duchess Meghan Markle is painting the new nursery with vegan paint, infused with eucalyptus and rosemary oils. That combination is said to enhance memory and boost the immune system.
The paint will be baby and pet safe, cruelty-free, odorless, non-toxic, lead-free, cadmium and arsenic-free as well. Markle, who is due in April, lives by a strict vegan diet and succeeded in making Harry cut down on meat.

Everyone is dying to know what baby's name will be, but it’s not as if the couple have many options with the limited pool of choices expected by royal tradition. However, seeing as Meghan has been the royal rebel thus far, we may be surprised with the name choice after all!
Prince Harry revealed his nickname for his soon-to-be baby in a speech at Abel Tasman National Park on New Zealand’s South Island. He said to local students at the end of his speech: "From my wife, myself and our little bump, it’s a blessing to be here." SO cute.
What Title?
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may have titles (Duke and Duchess of Sussex) but according to English monarchy, their kids won't. Only the oldest grandson (Prince George) automatically receives a title. That is according to the Letters Patent issued by King George V in 1917.
Queen Elizabeth changed the rule abit so she could give Prince George's siblings (Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis) titles, but Harry's kids are too far from the line of succession.

In classic Meghan style, she once again challenged royal norms when she wore dark nail polish with her custom-made Givenchy gown. It is royal photocall to only wear pale light nail colors.

Due Date
Obviously one of the main questions in the minds of the public is when the due date is, while many speculated it was sometime in spring, it was recently confirmed the Duchess is due in April 2019.

The Duchess dazzle didn’t wear out when she presented the Young Conservationist f the Year Award in Australia in an Oscar De La Renta gown and a complexed bird motif that emphasized her pregnant glow. The design dress apparently cost a whopping $11,000 and the A-line waist concealed her belly perfectly.

it seems when Meghan is in her home turf of London, she always feels comfortable to step up the fashion game. When she attended an evening gala alongside Prince Harry, she looked regal in a timeless black and white number for the event. More Speculation
Another question raised was were would Meghan chose to deliver the baby. While at first people assumed, she would choose the same hospital as her sister-in-law Kate Middleton- Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital, it now seems Meghan has chosen Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey, the hospital where Prince Harry’s aunt had her two children.

Famous Godparents?
Another obvious point of speculation is who will they chose as godparents to their royal child. It is customary in the royal tradition not to ask family members to act as Godparents so the position will have to be filled by another couple close to Meghan and Prince Harry- many think George Clooney and Amal may be their choice! (I for one would not mind having them as my godparents.)

In those first few months of pregnancy, Meghan became a pro at wearing outfits that seamlessly covered her growing baby bump. For the tour’s Anzac Memorial Service, she donned a buttoned black midi dress with a demure hemline.
